I therefore have to be able to support them Natively (believe me, I've tried under Linux with Crossover and/or wine and it doesn't cut the mustard. The majority of my dev time at the moment is on an Access & VBA frontend until we move to a more 'sane' language! Also, I'm not the boss, and the boss says Windows :-( Because we develop software for a number of clients who exclusively use windows.
