I’ve finished my degree!!!

Well, I just had my last lecture as an undergraduate student. I have to say I danced down to the Science Site, singing along to my mp3 player, generally extremely jovial and up for anything my lecturer could throw at me. After ten minutes I wanted to walk out and after twenty minutes I couldn’t keep my eyes open. So, another successful revision class.

Only six weeks until I graduate, although there are still 4, two-hour demons standing between myself and my degree. At the moment I genuinely feel like I’d do just as well if I didn’t show up, but with a little time and the right encouragement from Steve (who is also very lonely and depressed atm since we have’t seen each other in 11 days), I might get my 2:1.

On the upside, I passed my driving test yesterday. Apologies to anyone who knows me and is offended that I didn’t tell you about it beforehand. I was VERY nervous and didn’t need the pressure of everyone wishing me luck etc. But I passed first time!!! Just need a car now……

My most sincere apologies and gratitude must however be sent to Stephen, I didn’t even tell him I had booked the test and he was rather shocked when I delivered the news. I’m very sorry for keeping it from you sweetheart, I love you more than anything and will never keep anything from you ever again, no matter how trivial! Also big thank yous for letting me drive Jemima while she was still with us (God rest her soul), the practice I got in did wonders for my confidence, even if I did hate having you telling me what to do! Anyway, I just wanted to tell the whole world (well, let’s face it, probably my mum, Auntie Sue, and Jage), that I love you, you are the bestest boyfriend ever and I can’t wait to see you!!!

Just to warn you all, Steve has a new car (well, an eight month old car but he is the new owner of it). I imagine that copious posts and photos will follow so if you were a big Jemima fan, or you simply aren’t interested, look away now, and come back in a couple of months.

Well, I have excellent news for all you snotty tax-paying ‘model’ citizens out there, you may gloat that you ‘work for a living,’ but consider this. I received my college accommodation bill today. It is for precisely £12.00 less than my student loan for the entire term (student loan that I have to pay back, don’t forget). Which, although it’s a hefty improvement on last term’s -£100, still means I have approximately £1.20 a week to live on until the Easter holidays. Considering it costs me £26.40 in train tickets every time I come home, and roughly 42p a day just to keep myself in mints, I’ve decided to rebel and blow it all in a frivolous, ‘not-a-care-in-the-world’ fashion. So, any suggestions for how to spend my fortune (£12.00 and not a penny over), please send a postcard (or leave a comment, whatever). Paying taxes doesn’t seem so bad now does it, eh?

Can’t believe how far behind I am. I’ve been staring at my homepage (the original blog), for days now wondering what the hell Steve is up to while I’m up in Geordie Land. This evening I realised the blog has moved (doh!), and have figured out how to post.

Your lighsaber colour is cat-vomit yellow.

Yellow is the colour of Honour and Loyalty. (And cat vomit). It symbolizes caution and foreboding in either direction of the blade, meaning that the owner is relatively cautious…., but also to be cautious of them. Since yellow stands for both Honour and Cowardice, one should also think twice before attacking someone with a yellow saber. (Or standing too close to their cat).

I can’t even think of any important characters who have yellow sabers.

Just to introduce myself, I am, or at least hope one day to be Mrs Sheepeatingtaz. You may have read about me previously in episodes I-V of Steve Wars. For those of you who have not had the pleasure, I am Lisa, and I am the female version of your good friend Stephen. (Slightly bigger breasts [see photos]).

Honestly, this is my first blogging attempt and I’m just doing it as an experiment at the moment. I promise in future my posts will contain a range of amusing anecdotes and embarassing pictures that should only be viewed when one has a 60th birthday announcement in the local rag.

For now, you must all promise to love Steve. He is very important.
